About Us

Casey’s Café is the first project of the non-profit, Solving The Puzzle, Inc. Solving The Puzzle was created in May of 2022 by Carol and Tony Miller to promote inclusive work environments.

Meet Casey, the Millers’ daughter, who is the inspiration and namesake of Casey’s Café. Her dream has been to have a place where she can do her favorite thing- cooking and baking tasty treats to share with others! Casey is on the autism spectrum and has faced many challenges throughout her life. She has many friends with special needs who have endured the same struggles. Our goal is to have them seen for their abilities and be greeted with opportunities to share them with the community.

Casey’s Café provides breakfast and lunch to start your day out right. The menu includes light breakfast items, homemade baked goods, sandwiches, pizza, salad and soups. As a café, we certainly offer various coffee drinks, teas, and soft drinks. We believe in supporting our community by partnering with local companies for use of their products.
